ABOUT
Our Dojo includes:

A large matted area where most of your class will take place.

A fitness area including 4 boxing bags, a speed bag, a selection of dumbells and medicine balls, a bench press also with a selection of different sized weights, a squat rack/chin up bar, a stretching machine and a large exercise ball.

A seating area for veiwing.

A kitchen which provides access to hot beverages, filtered water and biscuits.

Male and Female change rooms with toilet facilities.

Kids Corner - Toys and colouring to keep the little ones entertained.

Gradings
The Ju-jitsu student and instructor will both decide, based on the progress, whether the student is ready to test their ability and be promoted to the next Jujitsu belt. If the student is deemed to be ready, they will perform an assessment involving a demonstration of their ability to perform the techniques required.
If the student completes each element of the grading process to an adequate level, they will be awarded a new belt or coloured tip, and will progress through to the next stage towards mastering the art of Ju-jitsu.
